秀鳳　純米吟醸　山廃　亀の尾

幻の米と呼ばれ、さまざまなお米の先祖となっている山形原産の「亀の尾」を
伝統的な醸造技術を用いた山廃仕込みで純米吟醸としました。

This junmai ginjo pairs fabled Yamagata-original Kame no O rice, said to be the predecessor of many kidns of rice, with the traditional Yamahai-Jikomi sake brewing technique(made without grinding process).
