秀鳳　純米大吟醸　玉苗

昭和50年代に山形県の農業高校にて交配され開発され、
平成になってから復刻された酒造好適米「玉苗」を用いた純米大吟醸です。

This junmai daiginjo uses Tama-Nae, a kind of sake-brewing rice that was originally created by a Yamagata agricultural school in the early 1980s and revived in the 1990s.
